Sourcer and Recruiting Coordinator
Contract - Estimated duration 6 months
Hourly: $28-35/hour
Hybrid - onsite in Cambridge, MA 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Required:

Job Description:
A rapidly growing startup with 150 employees and plans to scale to 200+ by the end of Q2 2025 is seeking support for Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination. The position is a hybrid of Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination. 50% sourcing and 50% recruiting coordination.
The position is a hybrid of Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination. This position will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates through creative sourcing strategies. As well as recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Interview scheduling.
- Greeting candidates for interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Source candidates for various roles across different departments, including [Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.].
- Utilize sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and qualify candidates to determine fit based on role requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience scheduling interviews.
- Experience enhancing the candidate experience.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Greenhouse or similar platforms a plus.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including technical and non-technical roles, is a plus.
